payment
i only accept payment via paypal and in USD currency.
payment is to be paid upfront and in full via paypal invoice.
if payment is required to be split, it can only be split 70/30.

refunds
i do not offer refunds unless in extreme circumstances.
this would need to be discussed via dm's prior to anything being processed, and any chargebacks will result in a blacklist.

wait times
commissions are completed in order as they are taken and typically take 6 to 8 weeks depending on my availability.
i work part-time and don't get the opportunity to draw often, so if you require something by a specific date, please let me know.
please note that 1-2 week turnaround commissions will incur a 10% total commission fee.

queue
my queue is publically available for my clients to view where they are and to give a rough estimate on time frames.

re-uploading/crediting
if you are going to re-upload my art to your page, please refer to my bluesky account to see if i have posted it already and please share from there.
if i have not uploaded your art, you can upload it to your socials with the correct crediting.
if you display or share the art anywhere, please include a link to my bluesky.

reference sheets
i will only work on commissions that have a clear reference sheet - flat color only, and the character must already exist.
i will decline any commissions that do not have a clear reference sheet or at least some kind of color chart/clear imagery that allows me to correctly draw your characters.

character changes
prior to me starting on your commission, i will accept character changes but once i have started, i will not accept them.
if you decide to change character once i've already started, i will consider this a separate commission and will re-charge for new art.

edits after completion
i am happy to make alterations to any piece once it is completed provided it is not a complete redraw and on the assumption that this is clearly communicated to me.
if i get something wrong or i miss something, please let me know so i can get it fixed for you asap.

things i do draw/don't draw
OK to draw - animals, original species, humans, anthros, landscapes, interiors of rooms, NSFW, mild fetishes (up to my discretion), licensed characters, mild gore.

not OK to draw - extreme gore, hateful or abusive art, fetishes that make me uncomfortable, technical objects or characters, hyper realism, eye-sore characters.

my rights as an artist
if i do not want to take on a commission for any reason, i do not need to.
if i decide that i no longer want to complete a commission & refund the monies back to my client, i have that right.
if for any reason there is any issue between myself and the client that is unable to be solved, i will refund and blacklist. 

courtesy & patience
please be patient with me as i work on your commission.
i do not tolerate being rushed, and i do not tolerate if someone is rude to me during the entire process of ordering art from me.
i deserve basic respect, and will give that in return.
